In Uganda's police, changes has been made by the Inspector General of Police where he has transfers are as followers;
- AIGP Felix Kaweesi is transfers from Kampala Metropolitan police and appointed as Director of the operations.
- SCP Haruna Isabirye is transferred from Police Headquarters and appointed Acting Commander Kampala Metropolitan Police.
- ACP Tanui Stephen is transferred from KMP North and appointed Acting Deputy Commander Kampala Metropolitan Police.
- SP Nganizi Wesley is transferred from Jinja Road and appointed as Acting Regional Police Commander, KMP North.
- SP Mugisa Charles is transferred from KMP South and appointed District Police Commander, Jinja Road.
- The IGP wishes them the best of luck in their new appointments.
